We want you to love your CATGLOW products!

Return Period  
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. (EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period applies)

Return Conditions  
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn  
- In original packaging  
- With all tags attached  
- With proof of purchase  

How to Start a Return  
Please contact us at support@catglow.store with your order number.  
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Address  
The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods  
- Custom or personalized products  
- Hazardous materials  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  

Exchanges  
Return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.  
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
